The Warrior Team is a community

 

of warriors working to transform their mental wellbeing through challenging themselves physically.  It is an online video program that use the power of exercise and nutrition to help boost your mood, improve your mental wellness, and rediscover your inner strength!

 

 

BioSignature Body Fat Assessment

 

uses skin fold calipers to take measurements of 12 different sites, as well as height and weight to calculate body fat percentage.  It relates six different hormone types to the accumulation of fat in different body areas.

 

 

 

One on One Training

 

uses a combination of lifting (strength training), functional movement, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and mobility work to allow your body to function at its optimal while building strength from the inside out. 

Nutrition programming is included to optimize results.

is a movement to transform the way we talk about, educate, and treat mental health in the United States.  Exercise is the most potent, yet underrated antidepressant.  It has been shown to impact depression and anxiety symptoms just as much as anti-depressants.   We are on a mission to empower 100,000 people to transform their mental wellbeing through fitness, nutrition, and community strength.
